If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Depending on stock availability, we will either arrange for an exchange or process your return and help you place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Final Sale Items

8. Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error.
